All Day runs a consistent markup every day. The price you see is the price you pay — taxes included, always. Any deals we have are always available. No pricing calendar to track. No timing your order for a better rate. We don’t inflate base prices to fund a deal calendar. One fair price. Every order.

The price on the menu is the price at checkout. Nothing added. Nothing hidden. What you see is what you pay.
Most cannabis menus show pre-tax prices so the total at checkout is higher than what was advertised. All Day doesn’t work that way. The listed price is the real price.

CanPay and Jane Pay. Both are compact-approved rails that let you pay direct from your bank account — no cash, no card fees. All Day is fully cashless per Nevada tribal compact rules. All Day operates under the Las Vegas Paiute Tribe marijuana compact with Nevada. Cash payment is not permitted at the point of sale on tribal land under compact rules — every transaction must be captured electronically at order time. CanPay makes it easy: free to set up, direct from your bank, and it takes about 2 minutes.

Delivery hours are 10am–10pm, Thursday through Monday. Orders placed outside active delivery hours will be processed during the next available delivery window.

Expired IDs are not accepted. Delivery will be refused if valid ID cannot be produced at the door.
No. Recreational orders require no medical card.
Medical patients 21 years or older with a valid Nevada medical marijuana registry card are also welcome to order.
No. The person who placed the order must be present at delivery with a valid photo ID.
We cannot leave orders with third parties, neighbors, or building staff. The recipient must match the name on the order.
If no eligible adult is present at the delivery address the order will be returned and cancelled.
We are unable to leave orders unattended or reschedule same-day deliveries. No refund will be issued for failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability.
Your confirmation text includes an estimated delivery window at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery times vary based on order volume and your location within our delivery zone. We do not guarantee specific delivery times.

Our extraction program — backed by the same team behind 20 first-place wins across 32 industry awards from 2017 to 2026 — is coming in-house. Until then, extraction is handled by a trusted third-party partner using our own source material.

All Day Delivery operates under the Las Vegas Paiute Tribe marijuana compact with the State of Nevada — a tribal-state agreement that authorizes cannabis sales and delivery on tribal land and is co-administered with the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board.
Recreational delivery is available to adults 21 and older. Medical delivery is available to patients 21 and older with a valid Nevada medical marijuana registry card.
Under Nevada SB 277 (effective January 1, 2024), the transaction and possession limit is 2.5 ounces of usable cannabis and 1/4 ounce (approximately 7 grams) of concentrated cannabis per transaction.
