Most cannabis menus show pre-tax prices so the total at checkout is higher than what was advertised. All Day doesn’t work that way. The listed price is the real price.

We accept payment exclusively through CanPay, a cashless ACH payment system. Please ensure your CanPay account is set up and ready prior to delivery.

We deliver within an approximate 15-mile radius from our Las Vegas location.
Enter your address at checkout to confirm your coverage area. If you’re outside the radius your address will not be accepted at checkout.
We serve Las Vegas and surrounding areas including North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Centennial, Providence, Indian Springs, Mount Charleston and Aliante.

Expired IDs are not accepted. Delivery will be refused if valid ID cannot be produced at the door.
No. Recreational orders require no medical card.
Medical patients 21 years or older with a valid Nevada medical marijuana registry card are also welcome to order.
No. The person who placed the order must be present at delivery with a valid photo ID.
We cannot leave orders with third parties, neighbors, or building staff. The recipient must match the name on the order.
If no eligible adult is present at the delivery address the order will be returned and cancelled.
We are unable to leave orders unattended or reschedule same-day deliveries. No refund will be issued for failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability.
Your confirmation text includes an estimated delivery window at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery times vary based on order volume and your location within our delivery zone. We do not guarantee specific delivery times.

THE PRODUCT

All Day branded products come from our own mixed light greenhouse operation in Nevada.
Our extraction program — backed by the same team behind 28 Nevada cannabis competition wins from 2017 to 2025 — is coming in-house. Until then, extraction is handled by a trusted third-party partner using our own source material.
Alongside our own branded product we carry top Nevada and national brands including Wyld and Indo.

All Day Delivery operates under the Las Vegas Paiute Tribe marijuana compact with the State of Nevada — a tribal-state agreement that authorizes cannabis sales and delivery on tribal land and is co-administered with the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board.
Recreational delivery is available to adults 21 and older. Medical delivery is available to patients 21 and older with a valid Nevada medical marijuana registry card.
Under Nevada SB 277 (effective January 1, 2024), the transaction and possession limit is 2.5 ounces of usable cannabis and 1/4 ounce (approximately 7 grams) of concentrated cannabis per transaction. Mixed-product orders follow the CCB transaction equivalency chart. See the CCB Transaction/Possession Limit Chart for details.
